Remaining Toscana Properties to be Sold by Third Party Receiver

While DeLuca Homes, builder of the Toscana community, has not filed for bankruptcy protection, they have struggled to successfully market homes and condos in recent years. Construction trade BUILDER reports that a federal court named Rouse Chamberlin Ltd.,  to maintain and sell the remaining properties in Toscana as part of a settlement with Wells Fargo, the financier of the project.
