The elimination of the Brighthouse Cable would save the HOA in the region of $141,000 per annum. Since most people are using satelite TV, I think it would be a good idea to cut the cable and spend this money on other more important issues – like security, for instance.
Today I just found Deluca Home erased FL new home sale from their web. Of course that include Toscana condo. Does any body know that? Do they sold it or bankrupt. Does that will effect our HOA?
can somebody help me regarding what the bylaws say about parking and towing of cars from toscana subdivision. I just moved here and my friends car was towed by rikers towing
Automobiles and other vehicles shall be parked only in driveways, and other designated parking areas. There will be no on-street parking permitted in the Villages of Toscana community.

i pay brighthouse over $100 a month for cable and internet. should i be paying the whole thing or should i tell brighthouse my hoa pays part of it??
I would double check with them. If you have a cable box, that total sounds right to me.

If cable will not come out of association assessments, then I would expect the assessment to decline appropriately.
