Today I just found Deluca Home erased FL new home sale from their web. Of course that include Toscana condo. Does any body know that? Do they sold it or bankrupt. Does that will effect our HOA?

I would double check with them. If you have a cable box, that total sounds right to me.

The elimination of the Brighthouse Cable would save the HOA in the region of $141,000 per annum. Since most people are using satelite TV, I think it would be a good idea to cut the cable and spend this money on other more important issues - like security, for instance.
